Travel Registered Nurse (Critical Care) - Indiana
Location: Marion, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night shift (6pm - 6:30am)
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit (CCU) with at least 2 years of experience. Previous travel experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Registered Nurse - Critical Care
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
- Prior Travel Experience: Required (previous travel experience explicitly stated)
- License: Active Indiana RN license or Compact license
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
- Background Checks:
- Criminal background check within 30 days of start (7-year search including SSN trace, counties, national criminal, and sex offender registries)
- Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
- Health Requirements:
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask test (respirator fit test) within 3 months of start and annually
- Tdap vaccine within the past 10 years or declination
- Negative TB test (2-step PPD, Qgold, or Tspot) within 3 months of start or clear chest X-ray if past positive
- Immunizations or positive titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
- Hepatitis B titer or declination (vaccination alone not accepted)
- Drug screening (5 panel or more) within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct-April) unless exempted with approval
- References: Two references within 3 years of start
- Competencies: Medication test/pharmacology competency exam and annual skills checklist as applicable
Additional Information
- Facility requires completion of annual mandatory training and facility-specific orientation.
- Dress code must be reviewed and followed.
- IT access form required for all candidates.
