Travel Registered Nurse (Critical Care) - Indiana

Location: Marion, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night shift (6pm - 6:30am)
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit (CCU) with at least 2 years of experience. Previous travel experience is required.

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Registered Nurse - Critical Care
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
• Prior Travel Experience: Required (previous travel experience explicitly stated)
• License: Active Indiana RN license or Compact license
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only (Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
• Background Checks:

  • Criminal background check within 30 days of start (7-year search including SSN trace, counties, national criminal, and sex offender registries)
  • Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
• Health Requirements:

  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Fit mask test (respirator fit test) within 3 months of start and annually
  • Tdap vaccine within the past 10 years or declination
  • Negative TB test (2-step PPD, Qgold, or Tspot) within 3 months of start or clear chest X-ray if past positive
  • Immunizations or positive titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
  • Hepatitis B titer or declination (vaccination alone not accepted)
  • Drug screening (5 panel or more) within 30 days of start
  • Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct-April) unless exempted with approval
• References: Two references within 3 years of start
• Competencies: Medication test/pharmacology competency exam and annual skills checklist as applicable

• Facility requires completion of annual mandatory training and facility-specific orientation.
