Job Opportunity: Critical Care Float Pool Nurse

Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide primary care for ER, ICU, and PACU patients.
• May float to other nursing units to assist (not as a primary nurse).
• Duties include expediting on other floors, sitting with patients, helping with transport, telemetry monitoring.
• Participate as a member of the rapid response and code blue teams as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts during evenings and nights, totaling 72-80 hours per 2 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Nursing (Critical Care)
• Must have ER and ICU experience to be considered.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS.
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required.

• This is a float pool position requiring flexibility to assist across multiple units.
