Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics (EEG Tech)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Immunizations:

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - 2 doses or positive titers; medical/religious exemptions allowed with approval
  • Varicella - 2 doses or positive titer; medical/religious exemptions allowed with approval
  • Hepatitis B - Required if providing direct patient care or potential blood/body fluid exposure; vaccination series or declination form required
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap - Proof of one Tdap vaccination from adulthood required
  • Flu Vaccine - Required annually during flu season or approved medical/religious exemption
  • Meningococcal Vaccine - Required for Microbiology Department staff; vaccine or declination form required
• Drug Testing: Required for all clinical candidates to meet Aya standard; pharmacy department candidates require specific drug screen within 45 days of start
