Description

Job Opportunity: Clinical Dietitian

Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Full-time position, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and holidays off.
Manage the nutritional needs of patients according to procedural and diet manuals.
Develop and implement nutritional programs.
Provide direction to food service employees regarding nutrition services for patients.

Required Qualifications

Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credential from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
Certified Dietitian by the State of Washington within 3 months of hire.
Ability to lift 7 pounds overhead.
Ability to push/pull a tray cart 300 feet.
Experience and/or knowledge in:
- Clinical nutrition
- Parenteral and enteral nutrition
- Nutritional assessment
- Program development
- Quality assurance
