Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technologist (Travel)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist (OP Tech) for a travel assignment. The role involves performing radiologic procedures in a hospital setting.

Required Qualifications

• License: ARRT certification required for X-Ray Technologist.

• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some locations)
  • N95 Fit Test (must be current within 1 year before start date)
  • Influenza Vaccine (required during flu season, no exemptions)
  • MMR Vaccination or proof of immunity
  • TB Test (skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date)
  • Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year
  • Criminal Background Checks including Massachusetts CORI, SSN Trace, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks (all must be current and cleared)
  • Documentation of work history for past 7 years including city and state
  • Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)
  • Education Verification (highest level achieved)

• Additional Recommended Vaccinations:

  • Hepatitis B (strongly preferred)
  • Tdap (preferred within last 10 years)

Experience Requirements

• Specialty: X-Ray Technologist
• Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum standard for ARRT certified technologists.
• Prior travel experience: Not required.

Additional Information

• Must comply with all hospital system health and safety requirements.
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing and influenza vaccine.
