Job Opportunity: Echo Tech - Radiology
Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with scheduled call nights and weekends
- Unit: Echo
- Start Date: ASAP
- Facility Type: Full-service hospital, Level II Trauma Center, Level 1 ICU, Pediatric ICU, Behavioral Health Center
Unit Information
- Largest medical facility in the region with 318 patient beds
- Serves southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana
- High acuity patients undergoing ultrasound testing for cardiac problems
- Patient age range: neonatal to geriatric
- Exposure to body fluids and blood is common
- Fast-paced, stat procedures environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Experience as an Echo Technician
- Proficient in Adult Echocardiography
- Current certification: ARDMS or ARRT
- Current BLS certification
- Experience working with neonatal and geriatric patients
Additional Information
- Dress code: Follow assigned unit dress code, maintain a professional image
- On-call and weekend coverage required

This travel Echo Tech position requires a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience with current certifications in adult echo and vascular ultrasound.
