Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 19 weeks

Job Description

• Outpatient setting only
• Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
• Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
• Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must meet all credentialing and compliance requirements including but not limited to:

  • FEMA ICS 100 Training
  • License/Certificate Verification (no conditional licenses accepted)
  • Criminal Background Check and Massachusetts CORI
  • Health screenings and immunizations (MMR, Influenza vaccine during flu season, TB test, Hepatitis B preferred, Tdap preferred)
  • Respirator Medical Clearance and Fit Test (N95) within the last year
  • Education verification
  • Submission of professional references and skills checklist

Additional Requirements

• Documentation of immunizations and health screenings must be current and compliant with facility policies
• Must complete all required trainings and attestations prior to start
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for influenza vaccine and N95 fit testing
• TB screening and follow-up chest x-ray if applicable
• Resume and work history covering the past 7 years required
