Job Opportunity: Med/Surg RN

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract


Job Description

  • Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Interact effectively with patients and their families while maintaining professional nursing standards.
  • Care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures and with a broad range of medical conditions.
  • Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a clinical leader and assist with precepting staff.
  • Provide direct patient care from admission to discharge, including discharge planning.
  • Provide direction to LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff.
