Job Description & Responsibilities

• Work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24-hour emergency room
• Provide care in ER and Swing bed rehabilitation program
• Rotate and float between ER and Swing bed units
• May work opposite shifts if needed
• Schedule: Every Other Week (EOW) and Holiday shifts, 4 shifts of 12 hours each (4x12s)
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week (GWW)

Facility & Community Information

• Critical Access Hospital with ER, Lab, X-ray, and Clinic services
• Approximately 35 ER visits per month
• Low number of acute care patient days
• Swing bed program with 16 long-term care patients, similar to nursing home care with no length of stay restrictions
• Located 60 minutes from Minot, ND, in a rural community offering a unique seasonal experience

• Prior travel experience is not required
• Open to first-time travelers
