Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (ER/Med Surg) - Travel/Contract

Location: Hillsboro, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night shift (18:45 to 07:00)
Assignment Length: 8 weeks (negotiable between 8 - 13 weeks)

Job Description

Work in both Emergency Department (ED) and Medical-Surgical units.
Must be able to manage patient load on the floor and handle ER patients.
Experience in both ED and Med Surg units is necessary.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
Experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are welcome.
Blocked scheduling (grouped shifts) may be accommodated when possible.

This position is ideal for RNs with at least one year of experience in both ED and Med Surg settings looking for a night shift travel assignment in Kansas.
