Description

Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg (Days)

Location: Casper, Wyoming
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Schedule includes 2 weekend shifts every 4 weeks.
  • Must be able to start on the listed start date or within one week after.
  • Return to Office (RTO) cannot exceed 7 days and no RTO allowed during the first week of assignment.
  • Candidates should specify all facilities, shifts, and departments they are willing to work in.
  • Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Wyoming
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) experience
  • Recent Med Surg experience within the last 12 months
  • BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute
  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel experience is highly preferred but not required.

Additional Information

  • Strict adherence to background check standards is required.
  • Non-billable hours are adjusted to 16 hours per assignment.
  • Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a regional trauma and referral center serving multiple Wyoming counties, providing comprehensive heart, stroke, and trauma care.
