Travel Registered Nurse (ER) - Texas (San Angelo Area)
Job Details
- Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
- Location: San Angelo, Texas (Position is for a new hospital acquired in Big Spring, TX)
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Must start on 3/23; 3/30 start may be considered with facility approval
- Schedule: Facility may consider 36 or 48 hours per week
- Floating: May be required to float to other ED units
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with at least some experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
