Job Description

• Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

  • Tuesday to Thursday: outpatient
  • Friday to Saturday: inpatient
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (split between inpatient and outpatient)
• Shared housing available (no pets or guests allowed)
• Car required for the position
• Current flu vaccine required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license for Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
• Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Flu vaccine (no exemptions allowed)
  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccination or proof of immunity
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
  • N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually
  • Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
  • Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity
• Criminal background checks including:

  • Massachusetts CORI
  • National sex offender registry
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists)
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
• Education verification (highest level achieved)
• Social Security Number trace covering past 7 years
