Job Opportunity: EEG Tech (Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics)

Location: Spokane, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule & Work Details

• Monday through Thursday
• 10-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 5:30 AM)
• Floating between units required
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Block schedules required

Required Experience

• Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics (EEG Tech)
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year (1YR/1ST TIMERS OK)

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• EEG Technician with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year as an EEG Technologist or Technician

Compliance & Training Requirements

• Completion of Providence Health and Services WorkRamp modules prior to start and annually thereafter, including:

  • Core regulatory requirements
  • Specialty-specific modules for Spokane region
  • Basics of Trauma Informed Care
  • Epic training modules (if applicable)
• Float Policy Acknowledgement (may be required to float to other Providence facilities within reasonable distance)
• WA State Patrol Search and other state-specific background checks as required
• References: Minimum of 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last 3 years
• Employment application covering at least last 5 years of employment

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
• Floating between units is mandatory
• No weekend or on-call shifts required
• Parking is free at the facility
• Charting system used: Epic

This position is ideal for EEG Techs with at least 1 year of experience looking for a travel contract in a reputable acute care and trauma center setting with a stable Monday-Thursday night schedule.
