Description
Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Evaluate patients and develop/implement treatment plans for various diagnoses.
- Focus on improving patient strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Work schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure or compact license valid for Colorado.
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Additional Information
- Housing opportunity available: furnished apartments near the facility (subject to availability).
- Travel candidates must have a permanent address at least 75 miles away from the facility.
Required Certifications
- Colorado Physical Therapist License or Compact License for Colorado.
- BLS (American Heart Association).
