Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Evaluate patients and develop/implement treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Focus on improving patient strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Work schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure or compact license valid for Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Additional Information

• Housing opportunity available: furnished apartments near the facility (subject to availability).
• Travel candidates must have a permanent address at least 75 miles away from the facility.

Required Certifications

• Colorado Physical Therapist License or Compact License for Colorado.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
