Job Opportunity: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Location: Toppenish, Washington

Job Summary

Seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role requires providing specialized nursing care in behavioral health settings.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience, with psychiatric experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Fit testing and certain certifications must be maintained and renewed as required.
Candidates must complete state-approved suicide prevention training if using a compact license.
Behavioral Health RNs may become eligible for Mental Health Professional RN status on WA license after ProAct certification.
Orientation and onboarding processes include specific facility requirements and documentation submission deadlines.
