Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days)

Location: Potosi, Missouri
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports.
Supervise Assistant/Aide staff as directed.
Design and fabricate splints based on doctors' prescriptions.
Develop and administer treatment programs to improve patients' levels of functioning.
Use therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience (New graduates acceptable if they have completed Level II experience, not just Level I observation).
Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation settings.
Valid Missouri State Occupational Therapist license.
