Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Schedule

• Sunday: 6:30 PM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shift)
• Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

• Perform general sonography cases including abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular scans.
• Experience with NICU and OR settings is a plus.
• Equipment used includes GE Logiq E10 and E9, GE Voluson.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Sonographer license as per Massachusetts state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred).
• Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date.
• N95 fit test completed within 365 days prior to start date and updated annually (no onsite fit testing).
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (October 1 – March 15), no exemptions allowed.
• TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if there is a break >6 months.
• Physician health statement signed within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Criminal background checks including state and national registries, completed within 45 days prior to start date.
• Documentation of work experience for the past 7 years including city and state.
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the skillset.
• Education verification of highest level achieved.
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• NICU and OR experience.
• Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity (declination accepted).
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years.

Additional Requirements

• Submit a recent color photo (taken within the last 6 months) with a plain background, no filters or eyeglasses.
• Must complete various compliance and verification forms prior to assignment.
• Must comply with all health and safety vaccination and testing requirements.
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for required vaccines and fit testing.

• This is a travel assignment with a fixed contract length of approximately 13 weeks.
