Description
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, including experience within the last year.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Nuclear Medicine.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Ability to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and start intravenous lines.
- Proficient in operating Gamma cameras, including SPECT/CT and PET/CT scanners.
- Proficient in operating nuclear medicine computers.
- Proficient in operating Cardiac Stress equipment.
- Basic knowledge of EKG to perform cardiac studies.
