Cardiovascular Tech - North Dakota, Bismarck

Job Details

  • Contract Length: 2 months
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • On-Call Requirements:
    • On call 2 days a week
    • On call every other weekend
    • On call on holidays
  • Float Expectations: Between Electrophysiology (EP) and Cath Lab

Job Responsibilities

  • Scrub, monitor, and circulate during Cath Lab and EP cases including:
    • Left Heart Catheterization (LHC)
    • Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
    • Impella support
    • Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
    • Watchman device procedures
    • EP studies and ablations
    • Pacemaker, ICD, Bi-Ventricular device implantations
    • Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) endografts
    • Peripheral interventions
  • Badge in and out at the facility for every shift

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Tech
  • Certifications:
    • BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI
    • NDMIRT or RT(R) certification
  • Must not have a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility (local travelers not accepted)
  • Must disclose if previously worked at this facility; if yes, last end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission

  • McKesson Hemo software
  • EPIC charting system
