Job Opportunity: SLPA Outpatient

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 6 weeks

Job Description

• Must have 1 year of SLPA experience, preferably in pediatrics.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week.

  • Option for 5 days of 8-hour shifts, or
  • 4 days of 10-hour shifts (Tuesday through Friday).
• Patient caseload varies by shift length:

  • 11-13 patients per day on 10-hour shifts
  • 10-12 patients per day on 8-hour shifts
• Visits are single booked, 45-minute sessions.
• Locals and first-time travelers are accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 1 year of Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) experience within the last year.

Additional Information

• No explicit requirement for prior travel experience. First-time travelers are welcome.
• Patient caseload and scheduling flexibility allow for work-life balance preferences.
