Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Dress code for licensed nursing personnel: solid navy blue uniforms or scrubs (no print tops except in specific pediatric or women's services units)
• Parking: Free in unrestricted employee/visitor lots
• References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Employment application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment with month/year format; gaps or overlaps must be explained
• Skills checklist: Required annually for applicable units
• Background checks: Comprehensive background check within 45 days of start, including SSN trace, education verification, and state-specific searches as applicable
• Mandatory completion of facility and regional compliance modules annually via LMS platform (WorkRamp)
• Floating policy acknowledgment required (may float to other nearby facilities)
