Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred.
• ARRT certification required.

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year.
• Valid MRI Technologist license/certification as applicable.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military).

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Completion of facility-specific orientation and attestations.
• Documentation of immunizations and health screenings including:

  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccination or proof of immunity.
  • TB test within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if break >6 months.
  • Health statement signed by a licensed provider within 1 year of start date.
  • Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date and updated annually.
  • Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required.
• Criminal background checks including:

  • National and state-level criminal history and sex offender registry checks.
  • Exclusion checks against federal and state healthcare exclusion lists.
• Verification of education and professional license.
• Submission of resume covering past 7 years of work experience.
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
• Candidate submission coversheet required for initial assignment.

Additional Notes

• Some vaccine requirements are preferred but optional (e.g., Hepatitis B, Tdap).
• Documentation must be current and updated if there is a break in service longer than 6 months.
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing.
• Conditional licenses are not accepted.
