Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Accepting Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an RRT.
- Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (4x12s).
- May be required to float to various nearby facilities as needed.
- All work history, including previous assignments at this healthcare system, must be fully documented.
- Requests for time off and scheduling must be communicated during submission and interview.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification.
Additional Information
- Candidates working with pediatric patients may have additional certification and fingerprinting requirements.
- Fingerprinting and background checks must be completed promptly as processing can take up to 30 days.
- Training modules must be completed on a computer using Chrome browser; cannot be completed on a phone.
- Candidates must submit proof of all required certifications and compliance documents with their application.
This position is ideal for experienced Respiratory Therapists seeking a travel contract role with a structured schedule and comprehensive onboarding requirements.
