Description

Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Nurse

Location: Pella, Iowa
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Summary

Collaborate with the healthcare team using evidence-based practice.
Demonstrate accountability and respect for patients, families, and coworkers.
Provide safe and optimal patient outcomes.
Promote continuity of care through effective communication with interdisciplinary team and families.
Direct support staff in the provision of care.
Perform general nursing duties using critical thinking skills with minimal supervision.
Work with age-specific populations according to the setting.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year.
