Job Opportunity: Radiology Technician

Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Evenings, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Unit: Diagnostic Radiology (includes Emergency Department, Operating Room, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings)
• Patient Population: Diverse
• Environment: Fast-paced radiology department focused on high-quality diagnostic imaging services
• EMR Systems: Epic, Visage

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Massachusetts
• Radiology Technician experience within the last year
• Minimum 2 years of recent radiology experience, including portable radiology procedures and OR C-arm radiology procedures
• Skill in performing portable radiographic procedures
• Skill in performing intraoperative C-arm imaging

Key Responsibilities / Skills

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures
• Experience with general, portable, and intraoperative C-arm imaging

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
• Physician health statement within 1 year of start date
• Criminal background checks and CORI (Massachusetts) background check
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience
• Two professional references (minimum one supervisor-level) within 4 years
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year
• Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• Social Security Number trace for past 7 years
• National sex offender registry check
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists)
• N95 Fit Test within 1 year of start date and updated annually (no onsite testing)
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
• Primary source verification of professional license within 30 days of start date (no conditional licenses accepted)
