Cath Lab Technologist - Temp Position

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: 8-hour day shift with rotating call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description

• Work in a complete Cath Lab performing cardiac and peripheral procedures including:

  • Left and Right Heart Catheterization
  • PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy
  • Carotid diagnostic and stenting
  • Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Pacemaker insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty
  • AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy
• Operate and be proficient with Cath Lab devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
• Use Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and McKesson CPACS, Cardiology, and Hemodynamic Systems
• Rotate between scrubbing and circulating during procedures, including operating X-ray equipment
• Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care, transporting, inventory management, and billing support

Contract Length

• Approximately 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• RCIS certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent travel experience preferred
• ACLS (AHA) certification preferred

Additional Information

• Call rotation includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates local to the area may be considered with adjusted terms
• Orientation typically starts on Tuesdays for Allied and Therapy travelers

This position is ideal for experienced Cath Lab Technologists seeking a temporary assignment with a variety of interventional cardiology and peripheral procedures in a well-equipped Cath Lab environment.
