Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Job Description

Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Certifications required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NIH (National Institutes of Health certification)
Both local nurses and first-time travelers are accepted.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with recent ED experience within the last year.
Current certifications issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
National Tech Certification verification.
State License Level 1 verification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

No prior travel experience required.
Compliance with facility-specific security, confidentiality, behavioral expectations, HIPAA, and information security training forms is mandatory.
Job descriptions required based on nursing degree (BSN or ASN/Diploma).
Medication and pharmacology competency exams required as applicable.

This position is ideal for RNs with emergency department experience who hold the necessary certifications and meet the outlined health and background requirements.
