MRI Technician

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Work Schedule

• 4x10 hour evening shifts, Monday-Thursday
• Shift hours: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience with Philips and Epic systems preferred
• Must hold a valid New Hampshire Imaging Technician License
• ARRT (MRI) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Required Qualifications & Credentials

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid MRI Technologist license in New Hampshire
• ARRT (MRI) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• Experience with Philips systems
• Experience with Epic systems

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
• TB test within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
• Health statement signed by a licensed provider within 1 year of start date
• Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date, updated annually
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred (or proof of immunity or declination)
• Tdap vaccine preferred within last 10 years

Background & Screening

• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including county and international searches if applicable
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start date, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days of start date, updated annually
• New Hampshire state criminal background and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start date
• Social Security Number trace as part of background check
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• Name change documentation if legal name differs from credential documentation

Documentation & Submission Requirements

• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within last 4 years (minimum one supervisor-level)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Candidate submission coversheet (current version)
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions

Additional Notes

• Local travelers will not be considered
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing
• Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start date

Prior Travel Experience

• No explicit prior travel experience required

This position is ideal for MRI Technicians licensed in New Hampshire with ARRT certification and experience working with Philips and Epic systems, seeking a 12-week evening shift assignment.
