Description

Job Opportunity: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Location: Akron, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry
Experience Required: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel
License Requirement: Must have a permanent Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand
Certifications Required:
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum of 18 months (1.5 years) of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
At least 18 months of total travel nursing experience
Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Certification in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)
Certification in CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
