Description

Registered Nurse - Observation Unit

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Orientation: Every Monday
Charting system: Meditech preferred but not required
Scheduling: Blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed
Float: May be required to float to other Medical-Surgical units
Weekend shifts: Every other weekend
Patient ratio: 1:5-6
Telemetry experience required due to potential for remote telemetry monitoring

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Locals and first-time travelers accepted at the same rate
Must be willing to float to other units as needed
Facility-specific forms and trainings must be completed as a priority

Prior Travel Experience
