Radiology Technologist (X-Ray/Fluoroscopy) - Contract

Job Overview

• Work in a busy radiology department with 5 beds, serving inpatient and outpatient general X-ray and fluoroscopy patients.
• 1:1 patient ratio.
• Supervisor available for support as needed.
• Caribbean Blue scrubs required.
• Free parking onsite.
• Weekend rotation every other weekend.
• On-call 4 shifts per month.
• Holiday shifts are 8 hours.
• Orientation includes at least one shift to learn workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of X-ray experience.
• Illinois state license (IEMA).
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• ARRT certification.
• Fluoroscopy experience.
• Strong Operating Room (OR) experience.
• EPIC electronic health record experience (required).
• Preferred proficiency with GE, Siemens, and Fuji radiology equipment.

Patient Population

• Inpatient and outpatient general X-ray and fluoroscopy patients.

Additional Information

• Appropriate PPE provided.
• No floating required.
• Contract length: 9 weeks.
