Description

Special Procedures Tech (Cath/EP Lab)

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week (start times vary between 6 AM and 7 AM)
  • Work environment includes both the Cath Lab and EP Lab
  • STEMI call response required: must be able to respond within 30 minutes (in the building and in the Cath Lab)
  • STEMI call frequency: approximately 9-10 shifts per 6 weeks
  • Weekend and after-hours call expectations will be discussed during the interview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Special Procedures Technologist license in Ohio
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Procedures Technologist, with experience within the last year
  • ARRT(R) certification
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification

Additional Information

  • Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract
  • All requested time off must be disclosed and approved at the time of submission; changes after confirmation may risk agency removal from vendor set
  • Agency contract dates and return-to-office (RTO) requirements must exactly match the confirmation details

Notes for Candidates

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
  • Ability to respond quickly to STEMI calls is critical
  • Must be comfortable working in both Cath and EP Labs with variable shift start times and call responsibilities
