Job Opportunity: Pediatric PACU Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pre-testing for pediatric patients.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care and Pre Testing.
- No on-call shifts.
- Missed shifts due to call outs must be made up at the end of the contract; extra days will be added.
- Clearance required prior to the first day of assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the District of Columbia
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care (PACU), including experience within the last year
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
