Description

Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Sonographer

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Schedule

4x10 hour day shifts
Shift hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off

Required Qualifications

Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in New Hampshire
ARDMS certification
Minimum of 1 year of Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

Documentation of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
Tuberculosis (TB) test within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
Physician health statement within 1 year of start date
Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date (no onsite testing; must be completed prior)
Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
Criminal background checks including state and national registries, updated as required
Verification of highest level of education and professional license(s)
Submission of 2 professional references (minimum 1 supervisor-level) within 4 years
Completion of skills checklist within 1 year of submission
Other standard professional and personal health documentation as required

Additional Notes

Local candidates will not be considered for this assignment
All required documentation must be current and compliant with onboarding timelines
No religious or medical exemptions allowed for fit testing
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
