Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - Interventional Radiology

Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 10 weeks


Job Summary

Seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment. The role involves performing radiologic procedures in an interventional radiology setting.


Required Qualifications

  • Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiologic Technology, specifically in Interventional Radiology
  • Prior travel experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Orientation & Work Details

  • Orientation includes a 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor
  • Scrub color for Radiologic Technologists: Medium gray/Pewter
  • Tobacco use is prohibited on all campus properties, including personal vehicles in designated parking areas

Additional Notes

  • Timekeeping is managed via Kronos with specific clock-in/out codes for various shift types and activities
  • Mileage reimbursement available for travel over certain distances within the state
