Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - Interventional Radiology
Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 10 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment. The role involves performing radiologic procedures in an interventional radiology setting.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiologic Technology, specifically in Interventional Radiology
- Prior travel experience: Not specified (assumed not required)
Orientation & Work Details
- Orientation includes a 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor
- Scrub color for Radiologic Technologists: Medium gray/Pewter
- Tobacco use is prohibited on all campus properties, including personal vehicles in designated parking areas
Additional Notes
- Timekeeping is managed via Kronos with specific clock-in/out codes for various shift types and activities
- Mileage reimbursement available for travel over certain distances within the state
