Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
Additional Requirements
- Completion of required WorkRamp modules (regulatory, specialty-specific, and regional) prior to start and annually thereafter.
- Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable.
- Some facilities may require additional state-specific background checks and attestations.
- Photo for badge with neutral background required.
- Respiratory Safety Clearance required annually for respirator use.
- Floating policy acknowledgment may be required (though this position does not float).
