Description

Job Opportunity: Staff RN - Labor/Delivery and Med Surg

Location: Le Mars, Iowa
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

This position is primarily focused on obstetrics with a requirement for labor and delivery experience. The RN will also provide coverage on medical-surgical units when there are no obstetrics needs. Charge RN shifts will be assigned as needed.

12-hour shifts
Weekday night shifts and weekend night shifts
Holiday coverage on a rotating basis
No on-call expected, but availability may be required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of nursing (RN) experience
Labor and Delivery experience
Medical-Surgical nursing experience, with at least 2 years total and experience within the last year
Ability to cover medical-surgical patients as needed
