Description

Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

Location: Worthington, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide evaluation and treatment for a variety of outpatient physical therapy patients.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends or holidays required

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist license required
CPR/BLS Certification required
Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required

Work Environment & Dress Code

Business casual attire (Polo shirts in specified colors or business casual)
No floating to other units or departments
Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility

Orientation & Training

Orientation provided during the first week
Expected to begin seeing patients within the first few days

Additional Information

Use of electronic medical records system (EPIC)
Local placement within an 80-mile radius
