Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Battle Creek, Michigan
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Schedule:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Thursday: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Call Requirement: None
  • Weekend Requirement: None
  • Float Requirement: None
  • Patient Focus:
    • Required skills in Orthopedic and Neurological therapy
    • Pelvic floor therapy patients highly preferred but not required
  • Hours: Three days with 6 PM end time are required; shorter days are negotiable

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
  • Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience, including experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

  • No prior travel experience is explicitly required for this position.
  • Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency must be completed within 1 year prior to assignment start with a passing score of at least 80%.
  • Fit testing may be required depending on work location and role specifics.
  • Candidates must comply with all required background checks, certifications, and health documentation prior to start.
