Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Washington Court House, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide direct patient care, evaluating and treating a variety of individuals in an outpatient setting.
• Caseload primarily outpatient in a rural health setting, including orthopedic, neurological patients, ages 10 to 100.
• Responsibilities include supervision and development of therapy assistants involved in patient care.
• Occasional float to inpatient settings.
• Documentation using Epic system.
• Clinic hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Shift: 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with evening hours required. Schedule options include 3x12-hour shifts, 4x10-hour shifts, or variable 8-hour shifts.
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Epic documentation system.
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius from the facility location.
