MRI Technologist - Illinois, Peoria

Contract Length

20 weeks

Job Details

Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
Weekend Requirement: No
Holiday Requirement: No
Call or Standby Requirement: No
Orientation: Department-specific, 12 hours (day shifts)
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any scrub color allowed; scrubs are not provided
Must be able to start IVs
Use of GE 1.5T Artist MRI equipment
EMR/PACS systems used: Epic and McKesson
Tech assistants available; no Registered Radiology Assistants required
No floating or covering other areas

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
Certification: ARRT or ARMRIT
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
Must pass a negative drug screen for all panels (drug-free campus policy)

Additional Notes

Local rate adjustments apply for clinicians living within 50 miles
Call off policy: Equivalent of 12 hours off every 13 weeks with no penalty
Non-billable orientation hours: 12 hours (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation)
