Description
Physical Therapist - Pediatrics (Outpatient)
Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 36 hours per week (five 8-hour days). Four 10-hour days are not an option.
- Facility is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
- Caseload: Cover an existing caseload of 50 pediatric patients in outpatient rehabilitation.
- EMR system used: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of current experience in pediatric rehabilitation therapy.
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license and registry (must be active, not in process).
- BLS certification required.
Additional Information
- Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract.
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and included in the contract confirmation; multiple days of RTO requests may lower candidate priority.
- Contract start and end dates, as well as RTO, must exactly match the confirmation details.

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- The position involves outpatient pediatric rehabilitation therapy only.
- No weekend or holiday shifts.
