Location: Lakeview, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Evaluate, select, perform, and/or direct assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients upon physician referral. Collaborate with family and healthcare team members regarding patient abilities and goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT)
• ASHA certification
• ACP training

Experience

• Must have current knowledge and experience in occupational therapy for physical disability and rehabilitation.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.

Additional Information

• Training or certifications such as ASHA, ACP may be relevant.
