Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Location: Alabaster, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: RN Acute Care (Telemetry)
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, Days (06:45 AM - 07:15 PM)
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every 3rd weekend and as needed
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: As needed to like units, including facilities within a 25-mile radius
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6 (variable)
Unit Type: Acute Care and Intermediate Acute Care
Number of Beds on Unit: 21 (4-Medical)
EMR System: Epic

ACLS
BLS
NIHSS

CPI

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama
Telemetry experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS certification
BLS certification
NIHSS certification
NCI certification
CPI certification

Preferred Experience

Medical-Surgical experience
Additional Telemetry experience

Work Environment & Dress Code

Scrub Color: Navy
Dress code must be followed strictly; no exceptions outside policy
