Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract Opportunity in Montana

Job Description

Seeking an experienced LPN to work in a small rural Critical Access Hospital setting. The role involves providing care in both Long-Term Care (LTC) and acute/swing bed units. The LPN will be responsible for supervising CNAs and assisting with LTC duties including rounds and toileting during night shifts. Each shift is staffed with 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 CNA. The LTC census is approximately 15 patients.

This position requires a team player who is willing to support fellow nurses and contribute to patient care in a collaborative environment. Orientation will begin as soon as possible, with block scheduling starting mid-April.

The community offers a unique small-town atmosphere with outdoor recreational opportunities such as fishing, hiking, hunting, skiing, and snowmobiling.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN / LVN license in Montana
• Minimum of 3 years of LPN / LVN experience
• LPN / LVN experience within the last year
• Long Term Care experience
• BLS certification
