Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment plans for various diagnoses. The goal is to improve patients' strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function. Responsibilities include educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
- Weekday schedule varies and includes Saturdays
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Travel radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- Housing opportunity available: furnished studio and small one-bedroom apartments near the facility (availability varies)
