Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
Minimum of 3 years of dialysis experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with apheresis, including plasma exchange and red blood cell exchange
Experience with central lines
Experience with ports
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
