Location: Akron, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Job Description
This is a travel contract position for an X-Ray Tech specializing in Radiology/Cardiology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- Experience as an X-Ray Technician
Onboarding & Compliance
- Completion of facility-specific online training modules prior to start is mandatory. Modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome and cannot be skipped.
- Badge photo required prior to start for clearance (X-Ray Techs pick up badge on first day).
- Background checks and fingerprinting must be current and compliant before starting or extending the contract.
- All documentation must be verified and uploaded according to facility and agency requirements.
Additional Notes
- Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID) must be carried while on assignment.
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
- MRI Techs do not require Ohio radiology license; however, this is an X-Ray Tech role, so Ohio license is required.
- Candidates with latex allergies must notify the facility to ensure availability of latex-free gloves.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized Radiology/Cardiology environment on a travel contract basis with a reputable healthcare facility in Ohio.
