Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient (Day Shift)

Location: Gorham, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Outpatient physical therapy position with day shifts.
• Clinic open Monday through Friday.
• Approximately 32 hours per week with opportunities for late-day shifts.
• Flexible scheduling and start date required due to provider enrollment process.
• Provider enrollment must be completed prior to seeing patients; this process can take 60+ days.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Prior travel experience highly preferred (not required).
• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of New Hampshire.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Submission must include:

  • Work history.
  • Physical therapy skills checklist.
  • One supervisory signed reference from the past year.
  • License verification.
  • Permanent address.
  • Return to office (RTO) information.
